CIMA Terms and Conditions

Version:

1. Provider and contact

CIMA STRATEGY MX, S.A.S. DE C.V., trading as CIMA Business Center, Blvd. García de León 1035, Int. 28, Floor 5, Col. Chapultepec Sur, 58260, Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico. Contact: corporativo@cimacenter.mx; +52 443 314 0667. These conditions cover the online portal and services offered at CIMA.

2. Services and final price

The order identifies the selected plan or space, dates, capacity, benefits, discount and taxes. Monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual plans are paid in advance for the selected period. Discounts for advance payment are separate from membership benefits on additional services. Included hours and Day Passes renew each month, subject to the plan and availability; they are not all granted in advance.

3. Requests and activation

Paying for a plan starts a contracting request. CIMA reviews the applicant's information and the requirements of the service, and activates it only after approval and full payment. The term begins on activation. Commercial or tax domicile services require validation before using the address. Full Time offices require a staff quotation and space assignment. If CIMA cannot approve or provide the service, staff will arrange the applicable refund; an unapproved request does not grant access.

4. Bookings

Day Pass is individual and subject to the published daily capacity and hours. Hourly offices and meeting rooms require a booking. Events require staff approval of the date and affected spaces before payment. Availability is checked again when the order is confirmed. Unpaid reservations expire at the deadline shown. Sending a receipt does not confirm payment; staff must approve it. Any review extension is shown in the payment detail.

5. Payments and invoices

Mercado Pago handles card information; CIMA does not request or store card numbers, security codes or copies of cards. Bank transfers use the reference and bank instructions of the payment request. Receipts are not tax invoices. If an invoice is requested, the customer supplies the registered RFC, legal name, tax postal code, regime and CFDI use. Staff validates and issues the invoice through the existing process.

6. Cancellations, support and refunds

Use the portal's cancellation or support options or contact CIMA. The booking cancellation window and any credit deduction are shown before confirmation and in the portal. Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain applicable; these conditions do not waive them. A paid but rejected request requires staff resolution and the appropriate refund. A refund is not created merely by closing the checkout. Renewing an advance-paid fixed term requires a new confirmation. Automatic charges require separate express authorization.

7. Account, privacy and changes

Provide accurate information and keep account access secure. Acceptance concerns the version shown with the order; changes do not silently alter an existing paid order. Personal data is handled according to the separately linked Privacy Notice. Accepting this order does not authorize advertising. Mexican law applies without restricting access to competent consumer protection authorities.

8. Refundable guarantee deposit

Plans require a refundable guarantee deposit, separate from the service price. Its default amount is the normal monthly total including VAT, without an advance-payment discount or additional VAT. The agreed amount is shown before confirmation. Today's payment covers only the service; CIMA requests the guarantee after approval. Activation requires CIMA approval, full initial service payment and the agreed guarantee received and confirmed. Uploading a bank receipt does not confirm payment. Any different amount requires the client's express acceptance before payment, preserving the original agreement. The deposit is not rent, a service fee or prepaid monthly service. Applying it to a documented debt and returning the available balance require a separate staff review of debts, documents and, where applicable, the change of domicile. For new contracts, the return follow-up deadline is 30 calendar days from the return request made after the contract ends. Staff must confirm that debts, documents and any applicable domicile change are resolved before paying; there is no automatic application or payout. Deposit receipts are not CFDI tax invoices.
